Our Story
Where It All Began
Polish Cuisine on Wheels is a food truck serving authentic and traditional homestyle Polish food with a twist of modern Polish street food. Polish Cuisine is melting pot of German, Russian Tatar and Jewish cuisine. The climate and geographic location, the presence of people with a different culture and the wealth of Poles living in a given region had an additional impact on the development of Polish regional cuisine. Majority of Polish food is based on cabbage, onions, potato, and pork, chicken for meat. Polish dishes are diverse and tasteful. Our pierogi and golabki are loved all over the world.
